Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your piano planner purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which returns are accepted and the process for requesting a return.
NB: This returns policy applies only to the piano planners, not to digital products.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns only for defective products, including:
Planners with printing defects (missing pages, unclear text, or poor print quality)
Planners damaged during shipping
Planners with binding issues that affect usability
What Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size expectations
Normal wear and tear after use
Planners that have been written in or personalised
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any defects and request a return.
Return Process
If you believe your planner is defective:
Contact us first: Email info@victoriaclarkpiano.com with photos of the defect and your order details
Wait for authorisation: We'll review your request and provide return instructions if approved
Return the item: Send the planner back using tracked postage (return postage costs are the customer's responsibility)
Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your full refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Approved returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price. The original shipping cost and return postage costs are not refunded.
