Returns Policy

Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your piano planner purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which returns are accepted and the process for requesting a return.
NB: This returns policy applies only to the piano planners, not to digital products.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns only for defective products, including:
- Planners with printing defects (missing pages, unclear text, or poor print quality) 
- Planners damaged during shipping 
- Planners with binding issues that affect usability 
What Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind 
- Incorrect size expectations 
- Normal wear and tear after use 
- Planners that have been written in or personalised 
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any defects and request a return.
Return Process
If you believe your planner is defective:
- Contact us first: Email info@victoriaclarkpiano.com with photos of the defect and your order details 
- Wait for authorisation: We'll review your request and provide return instructions if approved 
- Return the item: Send the planner back using tracked postage (return postage costs are the customer's responsibility) 
- Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your full refund within 5-7 business days 
Refunds
Approved returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price. The original shipping cost and return postage costs are not refunded.
