Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your piano planner purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which returns are accepted and the process for requesting a return.

NB: This returns policy applies only to the piano planners, not to digital products.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for defective products, including:

  • Planners with printing defects (missing pages, unclear text, or poor print quality)

  • Planners damaged during shipping

  • Planners with binding issues that affect usability

What Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size expectations

  • Normal wear and tear after use

  • Planners that have been written in or personalised

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any defects and request a return.

Return Process

If you believe your planner is defective:

  1. Contact us first: Email info@victoriaclarkpiano.com with photos of the defect and your order details

  2. Wait for authorisation: We'll review your request and provide return instructions if approved

  3. Return the item: Send the planner back using tracked postage (return postage costs are the customer's responsibility)

  4. Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your full refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Approved returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price. The original shipping cost and return postage costs are not refunded.
